Complete Park Rules 2022
1. At Sunset Acres RV Park and Storage, please ensure timely payment of rent to avoid eviction. Our RV site utility rental is for one month only, and we do not offer extended contracts. Rent is due on the date of your first payment. To protect your electronics, we recommend using a surge protector. If you use an additional plug, we will add $25 to your rent.
2. Our monthly agreement at Sunset Acres RV Park and Storage is for two (2) people only. If you plan on having a guest or long-term guests, please inform the office. Unregistered guests are not allowed to hang out at your camper or site if you are not present. For each additional person over the first two, regardless of age, an up-charge of $75.00 a month will apply.
3. Quiet hours at Sunset Acres RV Park and Storage are from 10 P.M. till 7 A.M. on regular days and from 11 P.M. -7 A.M. on holidays. We kindly ask our guests to be considerate of their neighbors and refrain from outdoor music or loud talk at any time. Our park is seasonal and not a recreational park, so no intoxicated guests are allowed. You must supervise your children (16 & under) and any visiting children. No children under 16 are allowed to operate a vehicle.
4. In Amarillo, our sewer charges are determined by water usage. If you have any questions about washing your RV or cars, please ask us first. Water cannot be used for pools or child play without permission. Any extra water usage will be charged accordingly.
5. At Sunset Acres RV Park and Storage, we do not allow Doberman, Rottweiler, Pit Bulls, American Bullies, or American bulldogs, and all clench bite breeds. If you bring your pet, please keep it leashed, walk it, and clean up after it. Pets are allowed outside only if you are with them.
